High-Speed Crash in Lancaster Leaves Driver Severely Injured

A violent crash at Avenue J-8 and 15th Street East in Lancaster, California, left a male driver with major injuries after his vehicle, traveling at an estimated 85-95 mph in a 45 mph zone, lost control.

The car struck a wall, then a pole, tore through a fence, and finally crashed into a tree. The impact sent debris flying up to 40 feet.

Emergency responders rushed the critically injured driver to the hospital.
