Hospital officials in Los Angeles County are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a Hispanic male patient, approximately 70 years old, who is unable to communicate his name or provide any information about his family.

The man was found in the 7900 block of Imperial Highway in Downey and was later transported to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood. However, the hospital has not disclosed the exact date of his admission.

The patient is described as standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 160 pounds, with gray hair and a gray beard. While he is able to speak Spanish, he cannot share details about his identity or next of kin.

Hospital staff are hoping to reunite him with his loved ones as soon as possible.
